DIRECTIONS FOR C4 RIPPED PRE WORKOUT & THERMOGENIC Take one daily serving (1 level scoop) of C4® Ripped, mixed with 175-250 mL of water 20-30 minutes before training. Food Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
WARNINGS THIS PRODUCT IS ONLY INTENDED FOR HEALTHY ADULTS, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
